Happy Puppy is owned and operated by Ms. Janet Cheang. Ms. Cheang's qualifications include dog grooming and behavioral training programs accredited by internationally recognized organizations. Her associate, Mr. James Bandow, has worked throughout much of his earlier life as constable and ambulatory care provider for the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (S.P.C.A)

The property consists of a fenced garden, a small fenced orchard, a large common room, and two smaller private rooms and a grooming area. Each room has a couch, blankets, a selection of toys, and a television. We find that the television aids in reducing stress anxiety for dogs when suddenly apart from their owners. We attempt to provide a 'home atmosphere' to make the clients stay stress free and enjoyable.
